Call NCC toll free to lodge complaints about your Telecom service provider


The Nigerian communication commission yesterday released a dial toll free customer care line - 622, which customers in Nigeria can use to report unsatisfactory service from their service provider (MTN, GLO, AIRTEL and ETISALAT). 

If you have issues with your service provider and you are not getting the needed service or attention to fix the issue from your service provider, then you can call NCC toll free - 622 to lodge your complaint.

This service was just recently launched, so i can't quantify NCC's response or disciplinary guidelines for this service providers. If there are stiff penalties though for this sevice providers, i think the era of poor networks and poor service customer care service will soon be over.
