Instagram today made a significant improvement to its web service platform today, as the photo sharing network added the search bar to its web platform.
This improvement will pave way for its web users to easily search for people, geotags and hashtags. The end result for this search will be a landing page filled with associated photos and top posts with the most likes and comments. This new search bar has already been added for all users worldwide.
The Facebook owned company has always given preference to its mobile experience, while shoving web experience off to the wayside in favor of smartphone apps. But with this update, we hope it will improve its web service usage.
